Charles Gathuto Partner

Charles holds a B.Com (Hons) degree (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Nairobi. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (FCPA) with over 28 years of vast experience and with key qualifications in the fields of Auditing, Accountancy, Taxation, and Management Consultancy Services. During his career, Charles has worked with Clients from almost all sectors in the Kenyan Economy and more so in the Telecommunication, Manufacturing, and Credit / Finance services (MFIs and Saccos / Co-ops).

Charles has extensive and valuable experience in the Financial advisory and in consultancies/audits of large and medium-sized organizations, both in private and the public sectors. He continues to be an active member of ICPAK where he has sat and served on various Committees and Boards of the Accountancy Institute. These include Public Finance, Strategy, as well as the Finance & Admin Committees.

He is currently a member of the Mazars Telecom Community Network. Memberships to other Professional bodies include the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), Ethical Leadership Network (ELNET), and Institute of Directors Kenya (IOD), among others.

Charles is also the Country Risk Partner including handling / overseeing the Tax Services and Admin at Mazars Kenya.
