Osama Al-Mosa Head of Leadership & coaching
Osama Al-Mosa is a senior Executive, Leadership and Team coach. An ICF (International Coach Federation/USA) accredited Master Certified Coach (MCC), Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), EMCC (UK) Global Individual Team Coaching Accredited Practitioner (ITCA) with more than ten years of coaching experience and more than 11,500 hours of coaching.
Osama is a bilingual Arabic/English Organisation Culture Consultant and a global associate for world-leading leadership development firms empowering senior leaders and leadership teams globally (i.e. Fortune 500 Corporations, World Bank Group, and United Nations) to strengthen their leadership and executive muscles. Osama combines his leadership development credentialing, his academic background in psychology and his corporate managerial experience to conduct different learning and development interventions to support senior leaders, directors, managers and high-potential employees. He is a seasoned executive coach, an ICF ACSTH-approved coach trainer, an ICF coach mentor, an ICF coach assessor, and an ICF-recognised senior coach in the Arab world and the MENA regions with a breadth of coaching experience and a global corporate mindset. Also, Osama is accredited in research-based leadership assessment, teams' dynamics, and psychometric tools (i.e Hogan, DiSC, Harrison Assessment, Reina Trust building, Resilience, Influence Style Indicator, etc).
Osama is currently affiliated with the Cranfield School of Management, TRIUM Global MBA graduates, and Ashridge Hult Business School. Prior to focusing his practice on professional coaching and training, Osama worked for a Fortune 100 company for a period of 17 years, and in leading different operations within the MENA region. He comes with a unique extensive practical and diverse experience in leading operations, teams and organisations. Osama is the ICF LIWAN Board Chair, the founder and former President of the International Coach Federation Chapter in Jordan, the Founding President of Amman Agora speakers, the Board Chair of the 3rd and 4th ICF Middle East Prism Award, an EthicalCoach volunteer, the Vice President of ICF Global Dispute Resolution Panel, and a board member of ICF global Arabic language translation taskforce. He is also active in volunteering to support startup businesses, entrepreneurial initiatives, capacity building and social impact projects.
