Maria Sabella, a highly accomplished professional based in Amman, Jordan, has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic expertise throughout her distinguished career spanning over two decades with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing (Commercial Strategy) at the Four Seasons Hotel Doha from January 2021 to March 2023, Maria adeptly led a comprehensive team overseeing rooms sales, catering and events sales, revenue management, reservations, marketing communications, and public relations. Maria also played a pivotal role in adapting strategies amidst changing Covid restrictions and successfully launching and rebranding multiple Food and Beverage outlets.
In her role as the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Four Seasons Hotel Beirut from June 2018 to December 2020, Maria showcased her versatile skills.
