Holding a BA in Accounting from Yarmouk University in Jordan, along with a CPA certificate from the Illinois Board of Examiners - University of Illinois and a Certified Valuation Analyst credential from the International Association of Consultants, Valuators, and Analysts, Khalid is recognised for his contributions in diverse financial domains.
Khalid’s journey in executive leadership includes roles such as Transaction Advisory Service Manager at Ernst & Young's Riyadh Office and Head of Corporate Finance and Valuation Department at Talal Abu-Gazeleh Co, Amman – Jordan and Tetra Technology International (USAID Project). He has successfully operated in diverse international environments, contributing his expertise to projects in Lebanon, Kurdistan, Egypt, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Syria, and Yemen.
Khalid boasts a wealth of experience, having completed over 120 transactions in advisory services, evaluation, due diligence, financial modelling, and mergers and acquisitions in the MENA region. His proven track record showcases a consistent history of delivering exceptional results and strategic contributions to various projects.
