Jake Samardzija Manager | Audit & Advisory

Jake is a manager in the Mazars Bermuda office with more than 5 years of experience performing audit and accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients from all around the world. Jake joined the Mazars Bermuda office in early 2023 coming from four years spent at BDO LLP (Birmingham – UK).

Jake’s experience includes a portfolio of clients in wide-ranging industries, including captive insurance and (re)insurance entities, investment funds, real estate, retail and manufacturing, for both privately held and public entities. He has extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, UK GAAP, US and Canadian GAAP.

Jake is a member of CPA Bermuda and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts Academic Honors Degree in Politics at the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom.
