COVID-19 support measures for enterprises

Shortfall bonus III:

The default bonus is extended for the calendar months November 2021 to March 2022. A drop in turnover of at least 40% compared to the same month is required. The default bonus can be applied for from the 16th of the following month until the fourth following month.

Extension of the loss compensation:

The extension applies to periods from January to March 2022. Here, too, a drop in turnover of at least 40% is required. It will be possible to apply for the extended loss compensation from the beginning of 2022; details are still open.

Extension of the application deadline for the fixed cost subsidy 800.000:

The deadline for applying for the second tranche or the entire FKZ 800.000 is now 31.3.2022 at the latest. If no application is submitted by 31.3.2022, all advances received on the fixed cost subsidy 800.000 must be repaid in full.

Extension of the Hardship Fund:

The hardship fund, which is generally available if there is a drop in income of at least 40% or current costs can no longer be covered, is also to be extended for the period November 2021 to March 2022.

If a company receives an administrative penalty due to violations, e.g. in connection with 2G controls, the aid for the respective month must be reimbursed.
